Description:
Under Debian/Ubuntu, the test suite is installed under /usr/lib/mysql-test.
In the file mysql-test/lib/mtr_cases.pm this path isn't listed under the suite search paths.

Suggested fix:
There is already a patch for this in the packaging/deb-directories in the MySQL source.

Fixed in 5.7.14.

Work was done for test suite. No changelog entry needed.
