Description:
For a polygon geometry ST_AsText return correct value (order of points clockwise) if the where condition is "where key = number".
If the where condition is a spatial operator ("where ST_Intersects(geometry1, geometry2") the order of the points is not clockwise.
Note that the two conditions identify the same geometry.

With 5.7.13, I'm not seeing any discrepancy in both the queries and seems to be fine. Could you please check against 5.7.13 and let us know if you are still having this issue?

The second point of the second query is wrong.
The order of the points is inverted.
