Description:
if you look at

http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/libmecab2v5

right on the page it clearly states its now a "Virtual Package"

and renamed to libmecab2

How to repeat:

Suggested fix:
update the repo to reflect the changed package name do not just be an asshole and delete this bug report
