Description:
When I try to change field case to lower case it pops up the 'apply changes' button as it should. But when you apply the changes it says no changes need to be made and no alter table statement is issued.

How to repeat:
CREATE TABLE `batching_campaign` (
  `id` int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment,
  `campaign_code` varchar(50) default NULL,
  `campaign_name` varchar(255) default NULL,
  `Wave` varchar(50) default NULL,
  `Active` tinyint(1) default NULL,
  PRIMARY KEY  (`id`)
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1;

Try to change;

`Wave` varchar(50) default NULL,
`Active` tinyint(1) default NULL,

to lower case like;

`wave` varchar(50) default NULL,
`active` tinyint(1) default NULL,

using Query Browser... Works fine up till the names with underscores in them.

In addition to this, you cannot drop PRIMARY index's either.
