Description:
Reg. comment in bug #76766 - this current message is misleading:

[Note] InnoDB: If the mysqld execution user is authorized, page cleaner thread priority can be changed. See the man page of setpriority().

How to repeat:
Observe message in most of environments

Suggested fix:
Display something which will clearly indicate:
- failure in attempt to change thread priority
- where to get more info

[Note] InnoDB: Couldn't change thread priority for Page cleaner. See documentation regarding innodb_page_cleaners to understand related risks

If possible try to make the documentation specific for those platforms that Oracle supports, such as RHEL/EOL 6,7 etc.
