Description:
Section on MySQL utility commands in manual here https://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-utilities/1.5/en/fabric-util.html is missing information on commmands for 'user', 'statistics', 'threat' and 'provider' commands.

Add information in manual for all commands in mysqlfabric utlility
