Description:
The "Change Installation Location" option has no function. The only available option is "Install for all users of this computer". The manual has an example:

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/images/mac-installer-installation-destination.png

When clicking "Change Installation Location" I expect an option to change the installation path, the path to where MySQL Server is installed. There is no such option, currently.

How to repeat:
1. Download MySQL for OS X, as a DMG
2. Open the DMG file
3. Execute the PKG file
4. On the "Destination Select", choose "Change Install Location"

It's possible that specific conditions (that I do not meet) are required to allow options other than "Install for all users of this computer" but I'm not sure what those are.

Suggested fix:
Either allow us to change the destination, or explain why we cannot.
