Description:
Kindly provide some feature as in sql server like

Taking of backup in full & incremental types
Taking of Backup in *.bak extension
Ability to pause & restart server as in sql server in GUI mode
Provide the feature of taking server & database make available offline
Restoration of database with *.bak extension as in sql server 
Support of MySQL authentication & mixed mode Authentication in MySQL community edition
