Description:
MySQL Fabric lacks of uninstall function if it is installed via source code with "python setup.py install". The result is that users are very hard to remove, upgrade or downgrade MySQL Fabric.

How to repeat:
After the following two commands to install MySQL Fabric via source code:
1. python ./setup.py build
2. python ./setup.py install

we do not know how to remove, upgrade or downgrade it.

Suggested fix:
Please let MySQL Fabric has a standard remove, upgrade or downgrade procedure or best practice.
