Description:
What happened:
After the installation I wasn't prompted to configure the server and it's connection.
Also, on the 'mysql installer' screen there was no quick action listed where normally it should say 'reconfigure'.

I repeated the steps on a virtual machine and there I was prompted to configure the server and later I had the reconfigure option as well.

How to repeat:
What I did:
I uninstalled every mysql related product and deleted every related folder from program files, program files x86, programdata and appdata and made sure the registry doesn't contain anything related.
Next, I installed mysql server 5.7 using the installer (5.7.9.1).

Hello ab,

Thank you for the bug report.
I tried to reproduce the issue at my end using MySQL Installer 5.7.9.1 in Windows 7 VM but not seeing any issue in server reconfiguration.
Could you please provide repeatable steps for us to confirm this issue at our end.

Thanks,
Chiranjeevi.
