Description:
Opening several times in a short time with clicking on the tab icon in the SCHEMAS panel has the effect that some tabs cannot be closed afterwards. Closing the connection and reopening it again allow to close theses tabs.

It happens more often on remote connection, because it you open the tabs slowly or on localhost which works faster, the tabs don't get stuck.

It happens when new tabs are opened while the previous ones haven't finished loading.

How to repeat:
- Open a remote connection
- Open the SCHEMAS panel and unfold adatabase "Tables" view
- Click rapidly on several table icons to open multiple tabs. You must open a new one before the last one has finished loading.
- Press several times CTRL+W to close the tabs one by one
- Eventually, you will have a table that won't close while pressing CTRL+W, you can't close it too with the cross icon on the tab. You have to close the connection and open it again to be able to close the tabs that are stuck.

Thank you for the bug report. While the tool is fetching the rows isn't possible to close the tab and eventually get Exception = System.ObjectDisposedException.
