Description:
Can not create new schema unless you click on an existing one

How to repeat:
Open application, select Catalogs, right click in the catalog display, the Create new schema is disabed

then select a catalog (Why the name difference... Catalogs and Shema), then right click, and then the Create new Schema menu item is enabled
