Description:
1. Some Forum page header urls point to the wrong targets, eg on the Forum page the Bugs url takes you back to the Forums page!

2. Under some circumstances, Forum posts fail to wrap, eg see 
http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?24,636611,636767#msg-636767

3. When #2 occurs, the Reply window moves to a centre position calculated from the length of the longest unwrapped message line, ie frequently offscreen.
