Posted by developer: Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 6.3.9 release, and here's the changelog entry: The Migration Wizard successfully migrated the schema, but failed to migrate the data, when the data source was SQL Anywhere 16 using ODBC. Thank you for the bug report.
