Description:
We are unable to decrease the Preference Window width (and, perhaps height, but width is most important) like we could in the past.

How to repeat:
1. Open Workbench
2. Open Preferences
3. Attempt to decrease a Preference window width

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 6.3.6 release, and here's the changelog entry:

The preference windows could not be resized.
