In the last few days:

W: Failed to fetch http://repo.mysql.com/apt/ubuntu/dists/trusty/workbench-6.3/binary-amd64/Packages  Hash Sum mismatch

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

How to repeat:
sudo apt-get update

This also affects the Vivid repo.

The problem is in http://repo.mysql.com/apt/ubuntu/dists/trusty/Release which contains incorrect sums for the WB-6.3 component.

The problem should be resolved now.

Can you run apt-get update to verify it works?
