Description:
When push "Subscribe" button at bug's detail page (ex. http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=21440 , but I can reproduce it any other pages) without login Oracle SSO, I got 404 page.

Logging in Oracle SSO beforehand, this doesn't happen.

How to repeat:
1. Logout from Oracle SSO by "Logout" link.
2. Select "Subscribe" button.
3. You got 404 like this URL
