Description:
The following documentation bug also requested that mysqlfabric show where it scans for configuration files, and possibly show which file is loaded. Perhaps this could share code with MySQL Router that already shows this information.

The bug in question is MySQL Bug #71945

How to repeat:
1. Execute mysqlfabric --help
2. Wonder if a configuration file was loaded, or where it looked for one
