Description:
I opened MySQL Workbench and double clicked on the LocalInstance of WAMPmysql64.   The system responded with the Report a Bug dialogue box.  "The type initializer for "HtmlRenderer.Utils.FontsUtils" threw an exception error.

How to repeat:
Close Workbench and open it again

Suggested fix:
