Description:
The mysql-community repository repo.mysql.com resolves to many different IP addresses. All of these work, but whenever it resolves to 23.9.140.221 I just get connection timeouts.

It seems that all the resolutions I am doing from South African lines resolve to the above IP, resulting in 100% timeouts. When doing resolutions from the UK I get many different IPs which work fine.

Perhaps the 23.9.140.221 repository is offline?

How to repeat:
nc -v 23.9.140.221 80

Please disregard this. I found the problem to be that the mentioned IP was stuck in a DNS cache. Clearing the cache causes the resolutions to get new IPs. I assume the mentioned IP was discontinued.
