Description:
There is still a .bzrignore file in the git repo. It's old, unmaintained and wer haven't used the bazaar version control system for a long while. The file should be removed.

How to repeat:
git log .bzrignore

Suggested fix:
Remove the .bzrignore file

Fixed in 5.7.10. Code cleanup. No changelog needed.
