Description:
On the Manage Server Connection dialog, Connection Tab where all the connection settings are specified, it would be nice if there were a notes or comments field.  Here's an example comment I'd like to associate with the connection:

These user credentials / host address were given to me by Frank B. on 3/4/2015 via email and they are not correct. I contacted the hosting company asking for the correct credentials and received no reply.  I made several attempts.
