Description:
Whenever I view table data that contains the maximum of 1000 rows I get no scroll bar.  I have to use page up/page down keys to move around.

How to repeat:
Right click any table that contains more than 1000 rows.  Select the 'View data - 1000 limit' (wording to that effect)
