Description:
In http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/ja/upgrading-from-previous-series.html , there is an sentence

```
互換性のない変更: TIME、DATETIME、および TIMESTAMP カラムについては、MySQL 5.6.4 より前に作成されたテーブルに必要なストレージは、5.6.4 以降で作成されたテーブルに必要なストレージとは異なります。これは、5.6.4 で、これらの時間型が少数部を持つことを許可するように変更されたためです。
```

Original sentence is

```
Incompatible change: For TIME, DATETIME, and TIMESTAMP columns, the storage required for tables created before MySQL 5.6.4 differs from storage required for tables created in 5.6.4 and later. This is due to a change in 5.6.4 that permits these temporal types to have a fractional part.
```

"fractional" have to be translated "小数", not "少数"

How to repeat:
See http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/ja/upgrading-from-previous-series.html
