Description:
mysqlrpladmin does not work well in a cloud environment with many servers or a cloud environment where servers are replaced as needed.

Instead of using an option section in the .my.cnf file mysqlrpladmin expects there to be a separate entry in the .mylogin file or in the configuration file for each server.

How to repeat:
Configure and use mysqlrpladmin with 200 servers and 100 replication clusters.

1. Add each server to the .mylogin and/or configuration file.

2. Create new servers and clusters.

3. Update the .mylogin and/or configuration files with information about the new servers.

4. Terminate some servers

5. Remove the terminated servers from the .mylogin and/or configuration files.

6. Repeat steps 2 and 3 and/or steps 4 and 5 many times.

Suggested fix:
Support the use of a [mysqlrpladmin] section in the .my.cnf file that specifies the credentials for the mysqlrpladmin user and for the replication user.
