Description:
After upgrading windows from 8.1 to 10 I cant connect to my databases. I updated all .NET framework(including Visual C++), restarted the machine, but yet cant connect to the databases, a bug report window shows up every time.
The problem happen in any connection, remote and local.

How to repeat:
Open MySQL in a fresh windows 10 installation, try to connect to a database
