Description:
Email notification is sent on issue overview.
Email notification is NOT sent on issue details.
Email notification is NOT sent on file attachments

How to repeat:
enter data in issue details.
Attach file to project.

I have all 4 check boxes checked off to receive email notifications yet I'm only receiving notification on issue overview changes. I've confirmed this to be a bug.

Hi, this was a bug, though not exactly what you mentioned. As the user who performed the action, you should not recieve an email when you update an issue, attach files or anything else. The bug was that updating an issue was sending a notification to the user performing the action (you).

This is fixed now and will be in our next release. Thanks for the report.
