Description:
Trying to connect to mysql database. Get an error stating mysql workbench has encountered a problem.
It was working prior to upgrade to windows 10. I have also installed Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 

How to repeat:
Start mysql services.
Start mysql workbench. Click on connect using credentials.
