Description:
I cannot add a comment to existent bug report, filled by someone else. Error message says "The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly. Try it again.", but I don't see captcha

How to repeat:
Login as non-developer and try to add a comment to any bug report.

I will attach screenshot quickly.
