Description:
MySQL Test Run (MTR) is still using the --bootstrap option to e.g. load the sys schema.

How to repeat:
See the mysql_install_db() function in mysql-test-run.pl.

A warning is also generated during the execution of the tests:

mysqld: [Warning] --bootstrap is deprecated. Please consider using --initialize instead

Fixed in WL#8403, pushed to 8.0.0.
