Description:
I have already posted this in Mysql forum (http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?152,631692,632189#msg-632189) to open discussion.

In Mysql workbench version 5.2.44 we are able to use column level filter, where in result grid we right click on any column header and select for `Set Column Filter...` to apply filter on that column likewise WE CAN APPLY FILTERS ON MULTIPLE COLUMNS AT A SINGLE TIME, Which is really very helpful.

But in new version (6.3.3.0) option for `Set Column Filter...` is removed and instead of that an textbox is given with label `Filter Rows:` where we can enter any text and it will perform case-insensitive search on all cells/columns in result grid, but because of this I can't apply filter on multiple column at a single time.

By forum discussion on http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?152,631692,631692#msg-631692 not only I but some other users are also need this feature.

How to repeat:
1.Execute any (SELECT) query in Mysql Workbech version 5.2.44 after execution completed, in result grid right click on any column and you will bale to set column level filter by selecting option `Set Column Filter...`.

2.Execute any (SELECT) query in Mysql Workbech version 6.3.3.0 after execution completed, in result grid right click on any column but there is no option to select `Set Column Filter...`.

As I continue working with SQL in 2025, I’ve noticed that the ability to filter by column value is still missing, which I believe is a significant issue. The absence of this feature can negatively impact productivity, causing delays and inefficiencies in workflow.
Introducing this feature would not only enhance workflow but also enable users to perform tasks more swiftly and with greater precision, resulting in a substantial boost to overall productivity.
