Description:
On bottom of page http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/MyODBC_3.51_Windows_building.html is link to MSDN - "complete usage of nmake" (URL http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/wcepb40/htm/_wcepb_nmake_...), but the URL is no longer valid :-(
This problem is at M$ site... 

How to repeat:
Just try to visit that URL

Suggested fix:
New address is probably
