Description:
I am trying to install mysql-installer-web-community-5.6.25.0. I get an error that says visual studio 1.2.3 must be installed.  I have visual studio 2013.  What can I do to get this to work?  I really want to learn MySQL.  Guess I will have to use a different database.  It shouldn't be tied to a version of Visual Studio.

How to repeat:
You install mysql-installer-web-community-5.6.25.0 with visual studio 2013.

Suggested fix:
It should not be tied to a certain version of Visual Studio.
