Description:
When I view graphs in and filter with From/To time range - the graph is correct.
When I export as CSV the same graph - the data in the csv is not correct - it is for different time range.

How to repeat:
View some graph in Reports and Graphs, select Filter and for time range set Interval "15 minutes". Export the graph as CSV (interval.csv).
Then on the same screen just switch "Interval" to "From/To" (the date and time will be set for the last 15 minutes), and click Filter button.
The graph will look the same as previous. Export is as CSV (fromto.csv).

Now open both files - interval.csv and fromto.csv.
The first one is correct - it contains the proper data (Timestamp is in GMT).
The second one contains data for completely different time range!
