Description:
From Docs/INSTALL-BINARY:
"The MySQL Reference Manual is also available in various formats on
http://dev.mysql.com/doc; if you're interested in the DocBook XML
sources go to http://dev.mysql.com/doc/index-other.html."

However I don't think DocBook XML sources are available.

How to repeat:
Try to find the DocBook XML sources mentionend in the file.

Suggested fix:
Make the sources available or remove the reference

Thank you for the bug report. I downloaded mysql-5.7.7-rc-linux-glibc2.5-x86_64.tar.gz found the INSTALL-BINARY file in the install root (not Docs) directory and didn't find the text you mentioned. Please specify the package you used. Thanks in advance.

It's in the git source tree:
https://github.com/mysql/mysql-server/blob/5.7/Docs/INSTALL-BINARY

Thank you for the feedback.
Indeed, https://github.com/mysql/mysql-server/blob/5.7/Docs/INSTALL-BINARY has this info:

You can find information about installing MySQL at

  http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/installing.html

The MySQL Reference Manual is also available in various formats on
http://dev.mysql.com/doc; if you're interested in the DocBook XML
sources go to http://dev.mysql.com/doc/index-other.html.

This was fixed in 5.6.29, 5.7.11, 5.8.0 by removing Docs/INSTALL-BINARY in the patch for bug#79251. The relevant information was moved to INSTALL.
