Repeatedly asks for authorisation when installing. Installation not done.

How to repeat:
Download mysql-utilities-1.5.4-1.el7.noarch.rpm from website. Select install. Authorisation window pops up, password typed, select authorise, authorisation window pops up, password, authorisation window pops up ...
