Description:
if you report a new bug, and press the "send bug report button, you get to see your reported bug, the bug headers will be shown. From the various "tabs" (view, edit, files, ...) , the view tab seems to be selected (it is not clickkable as link) (this is also expected), but the content of you bug (description, how to repeat) is not shown.

if you click on edit, and back on view, it will be listed
