I am using Microsoft Excel 15.0.4711.1000 32bit and downloaded the MySQL Installer 5.6.24 The version for the MySQL I believe is 1.2.1 not 1.3

Already downloaded the 1.3.4 MySQL for excel version and had the same result when trying to open the side bar.

I now noticed something else. Whenever the server is running and I click New connection an error message that I can't even read because the text is overlapped appears. Help please.

This is a duplicate bug of 71389, please add your comments to that bug and subscribe to it so you know when it is fixed. The bug describes a workaround that may be used to fix the problem.
