Description:
I am new to MYSQL .

How do we connect MYSQL SERVER WITH BELOW INFO.

I tried below steps ,but cannot connect
1. Download mysql sever
2. change the below pubilc ip

Please send the steps to connect below server

Database Name:            blackColour
Address:              69.150.55.200 (can use “localhost” if connecting locally through script)
