Description:
There is no Perl distribution for Windows at URL http://www.mysql.com/downloads/os-win32.html. Perhaps it has been moved?

How to repeat:
1. Go to http://www.mysql.com/downloads/os-win32.html
2. Look for a PERL distribution for Windows
3. Verify there is no PERL distribution

Suggested fix:
Add the PERL distribution for Windows so users can have access to the DBI module for MySQL.

Sorry we don't provide the Perl distribution for Windows.
However a simple search in our site like: Perl for Windows
