Description:
I recently wanted to change innodb_page_cleaners but the setting is not dynamic, which requires me to restart mysqld.

How to repeat:
root@myserver [(none)]> set global innodb_page_cleaners = 4;
ERROR 1238 (HY000): Variable 'innodb_page_cleaners' is a read only variable

Suggested fix:
Please consider making this new variable in 5.7 dynamic so that if it needs to be changed that this can be done (at the cost of a short stall, stopping existing threads, and starting the newly configured number) dynamically.

For those of us who can not take downtime as it's a service interruption making these variables dynamic reduce interruptions and keep everyone happy :-)
