Description:
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/flush.html
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/flush.html

HOSTS section, it says:

"The default value of max_connect_errors is 10."

How to repeat:
It has been corrected on the variable description page and on https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/blocked-host.html but not on the FLUSH HOSTS description.

Suggested fix:
It should say, on 5.6:

"The default value of max_connect_errors is 100 (10 before 5.6.6)."

On 5.7:

"The default value of max_connect_errors is 100."

Search for other potential references to the variable.
