Description:
The installer correctly installs the program to the chosen directory, but the Start Menu shortcuts point to the default program directory, not the chosen directory.

How to repeat:
From an administrator login, install to a directory different to the default. When complete, log off and back on as an ordinary user. Click the shortcut to the program in the Start Menu. An error message appears.
