Description:
Backup: MEB 3.10.2 on Windows Server
Restore: MEB 3.11.0 on Linux

I get this warning:
mysqlbackup: WARNING: "version" system variable is not found in server-all.cnf file. The config files server-my.cnf and server-all.cnf could not be copied to datadir.

In the backup-dir there is a server-all.cnf with:
# version=5.6.19-log

So the version is in there, but it's commented out.
Should it be in there?
Should I uncomment it?
Why is it commented out?
Should I copy those files myself?
Why can't it copy those files if it doesn't know the version?

How to repeat:
