Description:
Developper setting alsways fail to download two component. Here is an install log.

2: Download of package 'MySQL Workbench 6.2.3' failed with message No valid download found for product MySQL Workbench 6.2.3
9: Download of package 'Connector/NET 6.9.4' failed with message No valid download found for product Connector/NET 6.9.4

It's similar to this bug, so I think there is a problem about manifest...

How to repeat:
Run Windows installer(web package, small one) with default settings(Developper).

Suggested fix:
Windows installer should run with no error.

I tried 5.7.6 Windows installer and now the version available is 6.9.5 (See prior attached screenshot). Thanks.
