Description:
When entering a new issue, the field "Estimated Dev. Time" can be filled out. But later when I edit 
the issue, the field is not showing up.

The same is also true for the issue-Reports

How to repeat:
- create a new issue
- enter a "Estimated Dev. Time" value, e.g. 8
- save it
- go to the "list issues" screen --> "Estimated Dev. Time" does not show
- click on a issue, this will take you to the details page --> "Estimated Dev. Time" does not show

Fixed in Bitkeeper. Will be in Eventum 1.5.1 release.
