Description:
In Tools / Options / General Options there is a dropdown field to select the preferred language. In this field only the english language occurs.

How to repeat:
Goto Tools / Options / General Options and click on the dropdown field called "Language".

We have not finished the german translation yet. When it is complete, we will enable the menu item.
