Description:
5.5.42 has https://github.com/mysql/mysql-server/commit/901ce5314b6b0d4115b0237491e2afaafe5a274e, but http://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/5.5/en/news-5-5-42.html does not have any mention of it, while http://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/5.6/en/news-5-6-23.html does.

Add a note to 5.5.42 change list.

The original bug report was not updated to indicate a push to 5.5.42. I'll add that version to the changelog entry.
