Package dependency is not solved properly.

How to repeat:
shell> mysql-workbench-commercial-6.2.4-1ubu1404-amd64.deb

Selecting previously unselected package mysql-workbench-commercial.
(Reading database ... 355313 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to unpack mysql-workbench-commercial-6.2.4-1ubu1404-amd64.deb ...
Unpacking mysql-workbench-commercial (6.2.4-1ubu1404) ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of mysql-workbench-commercial:
 mysql-workbench-commercial depends on libctemplate2; however:
  Package libctemplate2 is not installed.
 mysql-workbench-commercial depends on libtinyxml2.6.2; however:
  Package libtinyxml2.6.2 is not installed.

dpkg: error processing package mysql-workbench-commercial (--install):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured

shell> apt-get install libctemplate2 libtinyxml2.6.2
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  libctemplate2 libtinyxml2.6.2
0 upgraded, 2 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
1 not fully installed or removed.

Then installation works OK.

Suggested fix:
Fix dependency for libctemplate2 libtinyxml2.6.2

This is not a bug, it's how dpkg works,it doesn't solve dependency issues for you.
After installing wb from package using dpkg you need to call:

apt-get -f install

to solve dependency issues.
