Description:
MySQL Fabric built-in failure detector does not check whether
slave's threads are working fined and if slaves are connected
to the right master.

How to repeat:
Check the code: lib/mysql/fabric/failure_detector.py

A additional check the failure detector should do is to check if the slave has read_only enabled.
